Magdalena Zalewski

Founding Attorney

Magdalena Zalewski is a trusted legal advisor to commercial clients navigating the complexities of bankruptcy litigation.
As the founding attorney of The Law Office of Magdalena Zalewski PLLC, she brings a measured, strategic approach to high-stakes matters—one grounded in experience, discretion, and clarity of judgment.

Her practice is built on representing sophisticated creditors—vendors, service providers, landlords, and institutional claimants—in adversary proceedings, clawback defense, administrative recovery, and contested bankruptcy litigation.
She is frequently retained in matters requiring early leverage, quiet resolution, or tactical positioning in Chapter 7, 11, and 15 cases.

Magdalena’s clients value her for more than legal acumen. They turn to her for reliable insight, responsive counsel, and an approach that balances precision with perspective.
Whether coordinating with co-counsel in nationwide matters or advising on discreet, time-sensitive disputes, she brings consistency and strategic foresight to every engagement.

Before founding the firm, Magdalena led defense efforts in dozens of adversary proceedings across jurisdictions, successfully resolving claims under Sections 547 and 548 and shaping favorable outcomes through pre-litigation strategy.
Her background includes complex litigation, cross-border tax consulting, and a longstanding focus on creditor-side interests.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

“Clients don’t need noise—they need clarity, strategy, and follow-through. That’s what we provide.”
